Hey guys it’s Anthony here from Breathe Fitness If you like using the medicine ball for your exercise but you feel like you are a bit of a beginner and you are not sure quite what you are doing then this is the video for you. I have put together a beginners exercise circuit for you consisting of 6 exercises with 10 repetitions per exercise. Once you have done all exercises you will rest for 1 minute and then repeat and you will do the circuit a total of 3 times. So if you are ready, let’s get straight into it. So even thought that was a beginners circuit, it was still quite challenging.
