For good oral health and to keep your teeth in the clear, brush for two minutes twice a day and at least visit your dentist twice a year. Omit sugary and starchy foods. Eat a well-balanced diet. Drink milk. Change your toothbrush regularly. Use fluoride toothpaste and floss once a day. Take care of your smile and it will last quite a while.
